"piccolo - soon!"

because music consumes my life , i must say three things: (1) there was no band today, which was excellent because it means that i had only one class with kyra and she sits no where near me in that class, which is v. good. but i am kind of pissed because we had a snow day on friday, and now with this, we only have eight days to pull together a level six piece. we should be so much farther along by now, but most of the band just doesn't practice. (2) my piccolo is not home with me yet, but all the repairs have been made and the tarnish has been removed from its silver plated little body. i am so proud of my piccolo... (3) i have to take some music theory course before college.

my mom wants me to go out now but i was planning on writing a nice long this-is-how-chelsea-feels entry. i don't want to settle down into that. so i am going, because... well... she's going out to pick up my piccolo. (= (= (= *excitement*excitement* i get to go back to practicing the piccolo and have a break from my normal freaking instrument. (you get tired of an instrument sometimes. only sometimes.)
