"nighttime"

this is the evening's update. woo - hoo. i am starting a poetry journal which will be linked to this. i just needed a place to shove my creative half. i probably already mentioned that in the morning's thing.

there's this crazy lady on judge joe brown. she said that her son married a woman she didn't like. and the judge said, "oh so this is because he married a woman you didn't like?" and she said, "oh i never said that i didn't like her. i just don't like her." it's hilarious.

so we went shopping today. i got this really awesome shirt @ kohl's. it says "candyland" and has a picture of all the candyland characters and it's long sleeve so it's got all these cute candy canes running along the sleeves. i love the shirt...

oh for all of you deprived children who don't know what candyland is:

it's this really monotonous board game that i love. you pick a card and each card has a color on it and you move to the next square of that color. and some cards have two squares of a color which means that you go to not the next suqare of that color, but the one after that. and there are some places where you get "stuck" and you can't move until you pick a card of a certain color. and there are shortcuts, or you can get sent back to one section of the board, etc, etc. i like the game.

i have to finish my cast list and put another diary or two on my links page and i also want to get a new layout. i'm getting tired of this one and there's this one that i really love. i'm just too lazy to do all the work to change it.

i'll get the layout one day. maybe when i get a computer (which will hopefully be soon) so everything will go faster and i will have aol, etc, etc...

i got an accordian folder for school. i love accordian folders. they're so cool. they stretch out and everything.

i got a letter from stephanie today. as she said to me earlier, it wasn't much but i like getting letters from her. they're always interesting and fun to respond to. we started writing when our teachers in sixth grade swapped class lists (or something along those lines) and we wrote all through sixth grade and then the summer passed by after sixth grade and we didn't write and then we started writing at the beginning of seventh grade or something like that. so yeah. we've been writing for awhile.

thanks to krazy-nily for telling me that my diary is basically cool. :) i like it when people sign my guestbook!!!

i like links. they're fun. maybe i am over doing it. i don't care. i like it anyway! :)

i think i might be going to my cousin peter's house on sunday. i guess that that will be fun. i will have to see a lot of my family. woo - hoo. i'm excited, can you tell? at leas i can see my cousin-in-law. (she's peter's wife and her name is jen). i love jen!

so school begins in six days. six days until i have to go back to wphs. i don't want to go back to wphs. i don't think that the construction at wphs is even finished yet. they've been doing construction for what seems like forever. and it's so dusty and dirty and it smells funny and there was noise all the time. sometimes the heat broke down and other times the air conditioning didn't work. once we had a protest because there was no heat in the school. we all gathered outside (and i didn't have to cut any class because it happened almost totally during my lunch period) and the local news came and everything. and that was it. it was so great.

let's see. what else did i get while we were shopping? i got two pairs of jeans at old navy. one pair are women's cargo pants. they are so comfy. the other pair have these two pokets in the front and they're like mini back pockets and one of the front pockets has an even tinier pocket sewn on the front of it. it's so cute! i also got a sweatshirt and it's so soft and comfy. it's nice and warm to. i love soft and comfy shirts. :) i got a striped sweater too. and i got a pair of gym pants @ kohl's. and i think that's it.

oy. i am so bored. i have to write a letter to christy. (she's one of my two penpals through brio, which is a magazine.) i just got her address today and i was writing to her about myself. but that is what introductory letters are like. you have to introduce yourself. (well wouldn't that make sense?)

i just realized that even though i wrote that this is the evening entry, it's not evening. it is night time. oh well. i think that i have to go now. i will probably write more later on. i dunno. i usually have two or three and sometimes four entries per day. :)
