i hoping/wishing/praying that all of the links work. i can't guarantee that they do and if you find a problem, email me. oh look, another link. just what i need. but... as always, i am also posting over here. i like this place because they have a comments thingy... and here you have to pay for that. and in all honesty, i am not rich enough to have a gold membership. if you are rich enough, i envy you. so today was fun. in chemistry, we did things. actually we did a lab. the first lab of the year. i had to be chris's lab partner. :( i want to be yonnie or kathleen's partner. chris is boring. as in *yawn* boring. maybe it is because we really aren't friends and we don't exactly have any inside jokes. oh well. i wrote a poem today during study hall. i think i wrote it during study hall. yeah i did. now where is it? maybe it's not as perfect as i thought maybe i am madly in love with nowhere to go because i'm feeling like i can't go to you note to joshua: joshy, don't take that like i want to dump you. i love you with all my heart, and i created the phrase "madly in love with nowhere to go" in the middle of global one day. and i was happy that day. i just needed to put it somewhere. speaking of global... we took a quiz thing today to see where we stand on the political spectrum. and guess what! i am a democrat. i think my parents are republicans. oh well. i definately know i fit in politically at cty. :) but i am officially a democrat. we had... two or three... republicans in the class. also in global... i have a mr. wax quote. it is a great quote. so, here it is: "when green peace calls me, i tell them to fax me information so they can kill a tree." ha ha. in english today we did this stupid little short writing exercise. i didn't put that much effort into it... well, i did, but when i got to the end, i just wanted to finish it, so it's really choppy at the end. :( like, it's really cool and there are all these cool transitions, but then you get to the end and it is short and abrupt and just choppy. when i gave it to him to look at he asked "brilliance?" and i said "i don't think so." he though everything was great, except for my ending. so i just have to remember to put forth the same amount of effort into the end as i do for the rest of the piece. but he said "brilliance." brilliance/brilliant are my words. why is he using brilliance? but mr. silver really isn't that bad. he is a great teacher and he has a wonderful sense of humor. maybe he gives a ridiculous amount of work, but... he is still a good teacher. okie, i am going now, so i'll be around. i love joshua. <3 chelsea
