"thankful for..."

things to be thankful for:

*my boyfriend-because he loves me, and he's been there for me for nearly two years. :-) he's been a shoulder to cry on, a friend to laugh with, and someone to steal kisses from.

*music-because it's so beautiful. because i am good at it.

*broadway-because one day i will be in a pit orchestra for a huge broadway play.

*writing-because it's such a beautiful way to express your feelings.

*my family-because they're my family. what more must i say here? i have five other people in this house and they make living in it quite interesting.

*the telephone-because without it, my relationship with joshua probably would not exist.

*love-because it is one of the most confusing feelings in the world. you never know what is going to happen next, and although the surprise can be a lot of fun, it can be frustrating at times.

*ashley-because we don't know what a cooky elf is, but it's brought us good luck. seriously, because sh'e been a great friend since the bathroom episode of seventh grade and she's always there.

*ilana-because we're soul sisters. *begins to tear up* because she's one of the closest friends i have ever had. and because she loves me.

*yon-because she's yon. because she's smart like me and we both freak out when we have homework to do. because we've done some pretty nutty stuff together.

*kathleen-because she's the new girl but loves us anyway. :) and because she knows exactly how many different kinds of guys there are and she is in love with a non-existant guy named robbie the sex god.

*stephanie-because she's such a kick ass pen pal and she sends me letters and we've been friends since sixth grade.

i love joshua.
