"natural high 2"

number two on the list of natural highs is "laughing so hard your face hurts."

i can't exactly say that i agree with this. laughing is definately a natural high. one you laugh, you're a lot happier if for only a minute or two. laughing is always good. it's definately a natural high. i love to make people laugh when they're sad because i don't want anyone to be sad.

but laughing so hard that your face hurts... i can't say that it's a natural high. because it hurts. and pain is bad. :)
